I heard from a girl that said she didn't vote because "someone told me that you have to pay to register to vote.thats why i didnt vote.not registered. otherwise i would have cuz i found out TODAY that its free."

It wouldn't be as shocking if you knew the same girl asked the forum for advice on how to extract a condom that had slipped off after failing with a pair of salad tongs.
